VATS was founded in 2019 by professionals who have held leadership roles in both advertising and communications agencies as well as in the marketing and communications departments of corporate organizations. In other words, we know both sides of the table. We understand what it means to give a brief, how much effort it takes to bring that brief to life — and what it’s like to chase deadlines.
We believe that strategic communication has its own mathematics. But don’t worry — there are no boring formulas here. First, we listen. We really listen. We understand the brand, internalize it, and then put “one-size-fits-all” solutions back on the shelf. Because every brand has its own unique story — and that story deserves to be told properly.

Müge Tombuş
Founder & Strategic Communication Lead
Müge is a marketing and communication professional with nearly 20 years of experience across both corporate organizations and creative agencies. She graduated from Middle East Technical University in 2009 and later completed a second degree in Business Administration from Anadolu University.
Before founding VATS in 2019, she held managerial roles in corporate communication and marketing departments at leading companies such as Enerjisa and Bilkent Holding, while also working in advertising agencies as a project manager. This dual perspective allows her to understand both sides of the table — strategy and execution, expectation and reality.
At VATS, she defines communication strategies, builds roadmaps, and brings together the right experts for each project. Acting as the bridge between clients and creative teams, she ensures clarity, alignment, and momentum throughout the process. Alongside her work at VATS, she also serves as a Communication Consultant on European Union–funded projects.
She enjoys connecting people, ideas, and teams — and feels lucky to do a job she truly loves.
